— Work closely with our founders on strategic and tactical decisions, and support operations

— Contribute to business strategies and plans

— Run market analyses and identify business opportunities

— Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

— Manage and monitor company expenses and invoices

— Help prepare presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders

— Working towards a bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, marketing, management or a related field, with good academic results

— Excellent organisational and communication skills

— Initiative, good organisation, and the ability to handle several tasks at once

— Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of business processes

— Strong interest in start-ups, AI and the commodity trading sector

— Fluent German and English
